What would PERFECT stats be on a Healing Rod? im in the market for one...

Holy rod
11-22 (req.8 divine favor) Never seen one with healing req.
improves casting speed (10%)
improves skill recharge (10%)
energy +5 (while health is above 50%)

I would have to agree with One Winged Angel. Those would be perfect stats. However, I've never seen one with more than 2 of those 3 stats at one time. Not sure if a holy rod with all 3 exists.

Rods can't have 3 mods.
The 10% recharge would take precedence over the casting speed.

since you said healing rod... i dont see why you'd need recharge/recast on all skills, just 20/20 recharge./faster cast for healing prayers would be nice( I think this is possible)

or

some mix of 10 recharge//recast on all and 20 recharge//fast cast on healing prayers( i know this is possible)

or energy if you want

i have a req 10 divine, +10% casting speed healing rod, is it of any worth?

There are diffrent Combonations.
1:10% recharge(All Skills) & +5>50%(or Enchanted)
2:10% Casting Speed(All Skills) & +5>50%(or Enchanted)
3:10% recharge(All Skills) & +15 always/-1 Regen
4:10% Casting Speed(All Skills) & +15 always/-1 Regen
5:10% Recharge & 10% Casting Speed
The Following are plainly for healing
6:20% recharge(Healing) & +15 always/-1 Regen
7:20% Casting Speed(Healing) & +15 always/-1 Regen
8:20% recharge(Healing) & +5>50%(or Enchanted)
9:20% Casting Speed(Healing) & +5>50%(or Enchanted)
10:20% Recharge(Healing) & 20% Casting speed(Healing)

Those are all perfect and I have never seen one the Reqs Healing. The 20% Recharge/Casting Speed(Healing) wands are something I have not seen especialy with +Energy but they are possible. It is your choice to pick which is perfect to you or which do you like better and then search for it. If you find any of the ones I mentioned I suggesting buying it since it could be a while before you find one you like more that is perfect. Even if they are not max damage, or req 8 I would also buy those seeing that you are going to max out healing or divine if you are a healer and not going to use the damage on the wand as your main source of damage in the group.
